You mention nothing about emotion in your description. However, to outperform humans in every task, superb intelligence is not sufficient. Or do you think emotions are part of human intelligence?

IMO, when AI reaches the human level it can't be AI anymore.

I agree with gna for the most part, when an AI comes close to or surpasses human intelligence it will be an artificial human. You can't disconnect human intelligence from human nature.
