I used the definition of superhuman given on Wikipedia.The term "superhuman" makes me choose for 0%. I would not attribute the creation of everything to one entity that is related to the human situation.
A superhuman being means higher than human, so it's not related to humans in that sense. Maybe you are confused with "super human", which is something else?

I would instead opt for an option where all humans and other entities combined together create and shape our universe, effectively meaning that we are all Gods.
the term "probability" confuses me. How could i possibly attach a lable of chance to something that's beyond my knowledge? Ok, i'll read it as "how strongly are you convinced that..."At first i thought i couldn't possibly answer the poll, but when i take the description literally, for me it has to be 0%. The universe cannot have been created since creation needs time (before and after), and time itself is part of the universe. A universe (all that is) can only be.
Though, i can never be so sure of something like this as to vote 100% or 0%.
