1. The English word for mandarijn is tengerine, not mandarin.2. It differs a lot. Last spring I had a real urge to eat cherries, but it wasn't the season yet. Then in summer I ate a few kilo's (at once) and I am cured of cherries for the rest of the year. Same goes for the other fruits, more or less.
3. I miss melon, or water melon.

The terms "mandarin orange" and "tangerine" are often used interchangably, particularly outside the United States. This can be confusing, because although a tangerine is a mandarin orange, not all mandarin oranges are tangerines.
